The minimum contribution for a basic NSA membership is $40.00 per year. This $40.00 membership will provide you with the following incredible benefits:
- A one-year subscription to NSA’s cornerstone periodical, Letting Go, which has been distributed to thousands since 1981, creating a broad-based awareness of and support for those who stutter. You will find personal accounts of people’s victories over stuttering, the latest research, therapy options, coping management strategies and exciting news from the NSA’s support network throughout the country.
- For teenagers 13 and older who stutter, membership offers Our Voice, a powerful avenue to experience stories, poems and experiences written by and for young adults and parents.
- Membership for children ages 6-12 offers Stutter Buddies, a publication to share ideas, read what other kids say about stuttering and meeting new friends.
- Free access to dozens of different types of important and timely publications, brochures, audiocassettes, posters and literature, as well as C.A.R.E. – Connections, Advocacy, Resources, and Education – provided quarterly with submissions from experts in childhood stuttering treatment as well as parents of those who stutter.
