Caitney File is the Member Outreach Coordinator for Sisters Who Stutter and serves on the Teen Advisory Council for the NSA. Caitney lives in Southern Illinois and just graduated from high school. She plans on going to Southern Illinois University to major in Social Work. Caitney enjoys reading, working out, shopping, and playing instruments in her free time.
