Dan Haus
Speaker
Dan Haus is a 27 year old person who stutters, who has been actively involved with the NSA since 2007. Over the years, Dan has participated during the conference and throughout the year as a former member of the Teen Advisory Council, workshop presenter, volunteer, peer mentor, Chapter Leader, and now as the Kids/Tweens Co-Coordinator. He has seen the life changing support the NSA provides and wants everyone who stutters to share that same sense of community, passion, and acceptance with our NSA family. Growing up with the NSA has given Dan the confidence to stutter proudly, and looks forward to sharing his personal experiences and giving back to the new generations every year. Outside of the NSA conference, Dan lives in Ottsville, PA and is working as an environmental engineer to manage soil and groundwater contamination. He enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities including rock climbing, hunting, and has a passion for woodworking.
