Eldon Solomon

Eldon Solomon is a CEO and a lifelong person who stutters, but he identifies first as a husband of 38 years and a proud grandfather. Eldon has led veteran outreach and mental health clinics, guiding people from “just surviving” to truly thriving. After attending his first Annual Conference in 2023, he felt a call to lend his heart and professional experience to the stuttering community. Eldon helps people who stutter navigate their own “Survival Hijack,” the moments when fear takes the wheel. Based in Indiana, Eldon is proof that it is never too late to build new bridges and support meaningful change.
