Heather Sauer

Heather Sauer attended her first National Stuttering Association conference in 2008 in Parsippany, NJ, alongside her parents and sister, who stutters. That experience sparked a deep connection with the NSA community, bringing her back year after year. Now, in her 15th conference, Heather continues to embrace the power of support and advocacy. Heather is a teacher, a wife to Justin who also stutters—and a proud mom to Harper (3) and Carter (1). She’s excited to lead workshops with her mom and sister and contribute to the incredible NSA community that has meant so much to her over the years.
