About the event
In many Asian communities, talking about stuttering can feel like walking into a room full of “we don’t talk about that” vibes. Stigma and silence often overshadow the support and understanding people deserve. Unlike some Western spaces where conversations about stuttering happen more openly, these cultural barriers leave many Asian people who stutter feeling isolated and misunderstood.
Join us for NSA Connects Asians Who Stutter—a bimonthly space designed to turn the narrative around. This welcoming and safe environment invites Asian people who stutter to connect, share their stories, and support one another while navigating the unique cultural challenges they encounter.
