About the event

What shapes a person’s journey through speech therapy? In this NSA Connects, we’ll discuss how age, background, identity, and lived experience influence how people engage with therapy and its impact on their lives. Through a mix of research insights and personal narratives from people who stutter, this conversation will highlight the diverse experiences of therapy and discuss ways clinicians and communities can provide more supportive approaches.

Join us to discuss how identity and experience shape the journey through speech therapy and how we can work together to make said journey more supportive for everyone.
