About the event
Have you ever held back from chasing a dream because of stuttering? Stayed quiet in a conversation out of fear of how others might react? Or looked back, wishing you’d made a different choice—and carried the weight of regret that followed?
This NSA Connects session is a space to reflect on those moments together. Maddie Spears and Karen Dipp will guide an open conversation about the impact of regret, the lessons it can hold, and how we can reshape the narrative on our stutter acceptance journeys. By looking honestly at our past decisions, we can better understand ourselves, release shame, and move toward the lives we want to create.
Acceptance isn’t linear, but it is powerful. Sharing with others who understand can be both healing and validating.
Meet your hosts:
Maddie Spears is a young adult who stutters and has been diving headfirst into the NSA community since May 2025.…
