About the event

Join WeStutter@Work for an NSA Connects session focused on sharing and discussing experiences of workplace discrimination related to stuttering.

This is not a place to vent about job frustrations or difficult supervisors. It’s an opportunity to share specific situations where stuttering may have led to unfair treatment, missed opportunities, or microaggressions in the workplace. We’ll explore these experiences and offer guidance and strategies to advocate for yourself and others. All are welcome to attend, whether you’re seeking advice, looking to share your story, or simply want to listen and learn from others.

This event will be by Ariel Mahlmann and Kaleb Brown on Wednesday, March 26, at 8:30 PM ET.

Meet the hosts:

Ariel Mahlmann is a person who stutters (PWS) and has been involved with the NSA community since 2015. Ariel’s stuttering journey has taken her from an angsty, incredulous kid to an outspoken and fierce advocate for the stuttering…
