Alonzo Jones, Jr., a person who stutters, serves as Credit Manager at the Bank of Zachary, where he leads credit analysis and portfolio management while supporting the bank’s broader strategic initiatives. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Louisiana State University and holds both the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Corporate FP&A Professional (FPAC) credential.
Alonzo’s journey with stuttering has shaped his approach to leadership, communication, and personal growth. It has strengthened his empathy, resilience, and confidence while deepening his appreciation for authenticity and self-advocacy. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, continuous learning, and spending time with his wife and son.
