Haley Totherow has been part of the NSA community since 2019, and her journey with stuttering reflects both growth and intention. What began as navigating the everyday challenges of being a person who stutters has evolved into confident, visible advocacy.
She is an active member of the Women’s Connect support group and has shared her perspective on panels focused on pronounced stuttering—bringing honesty, depth, and representation to conversations that matter.
Haley is especially passionate about increasing visibility and fostering acceptance of stuttering in everyday life. Through her Instagram platform, @StutterWithMe, she shares real speaking experiences, helping others feel seen and less alone in their own journeys.
Outside of the NSA, Haley enjoys baking, craft projects, and collecting trinkets and Jellycat plush animals—small joys that reflect her creativity and personality.
